**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Foster and promote safe working behaviors and display a commitment safety standards and OHS requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for the site team to provide HSEQ assistance, advice and direction.
- Lead the site team to develop the required Risk assessment/SOPs and JSA as needed.
- Conduct HSEQ induction for new starters, work with the site team to maintain the site training matrix.
- Work with site manager/customer service manager to manage the Preventure system for manual handling injuries.
- Identify and facilitate HSEQ risk ownership.
- Facilitate risk assessments, review incidents, and undertake investigations; identify learnings and opportunities for improvement for low and moderate risk incidents.
- Work with the Quality Manager to implement the site quality systems by checking that all required check/tests as performed and assist with maintaining records.
- Assist with organising and conducting the monthly & other TBT’s for the site teams
- Act as the first Return to Work coordinator for the site and work with the site managers to manage any injury within the site.
- Conduct regular Emergency response drills for the site.
- Participate in the Health, Safety and Environment committee meeting for the site.
- Monitor and maintain Skytrust and provide Skytrust support to all users on site.
- Work with the Environmental Manager & Site Manager to conduct regular site licence audits/inspection.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum requirement of Cert IV in Work Health and Safety

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in similar role in HSEQ field
- Knowledge of Risk assessment, JSA and developing SOP.
- Knowledge of Skytrust or similar platform
- Flexible approach to working hours and after-hours commitments.
