We design, manufacture and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.

**About the role**:
You will be required to work in the production areas of our manufacturing environment within Camec. You will be operating machines and supporting the manufacturing of Aluminum frames, cladding & sandwich Panels. You will work to SOP’s & CAD drawings to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained.

**The key responsibilities of the role are to**:

- Manufacture of wall cladding, Sandwich Panel Walls, and aluminum frames.
- Work within the required manufacturing timelines and meet all product specifications.
- Technical and production Problem Solving.
- Cycle count Raw Material.
- Operate forklift.
- Pick & pack orders.
- Follow SOP’s and process controls to ensure quality standards are met.
- Safety & Environmental Excellence
- Comply with Company and Regulatory Workplace Health and Safety (H&S) and Environmental requirements.

**About You**:
**The successful applicant will also demonstrate**:

- Minimum 3 year’s previous experience in a similar production role
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent understanding of all safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures, regulations and legislation
- Ability to lead by example on safety matters
- Experience with 3D CAD modelling and/or CNC programming preferred but not essential
