Opportunity currently exists for a HR Advisor to join the HR team based in our Campbellfield Factory. The Campbellfield factory produces confectionery brands such as Kit Kat, Milky Bar, Smarties, Aero, Soothers, QuickEze, Chokito and many more which delight consumers worldwide.
The HR Advisor will provide exceptional levels of Customer Services as HR support to HR, Managers and Employees in the form of advice and a variety of services across all aspects of the HR function as the 'Face of HR,' including all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle for Factory site.
A day in the life…
Reporting to the Factory HR Business Partner, key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Work as part of a team to provide exceptional and seamless levels of Customer Service as the link to HR for the business.
- Support & Coach Line Managers and employees with HR / IR processes, policies and issues.
- Manage, support and participate in site audits.
- Provide general HR support i.e. answer general HR enquiries, employee grievances, payroll queries, trouble shooting and processing, Performance Development process, process applications in regard to Parental Leave, etc.
- Labour Management including coordination and maintenance of the tool.
- Managing end to end recruitment, selection, contracts, compliance and onboarding of blue-collar Production Operators.
- Provide input and support to HR Projects and initiatives, (eg events and digital enhancement), restructures, Line manger training and continuous improvement initiatives when required, as identified by FHR BPs or the Business.
- Ensure compliance to the sites EBA and liaise with union delegates.
- Organisational structure management through our HR system (Success Factors, SAP, Kronos). Manage the people analytics data management and reporting.
- As a more senior member of the team, you will have the ability to coach and train the HR Coordinators, ensure consistency and alignment across multiple process, and deliver quality work within service level agreements.
What Will Make You Successful
- Joining a collaborative team of specialists, you will be self-motivated, proactive and have a proven capacity to work effectively within a team environment.
- University Degree in HR or Business Administration.
- 3+ years' experience in HR as a generalist.
- Demonstrated results in driving positive employee engagement, preferably in a large organisation.
- Capability to handle cross functional/hierarchical relationships.
- Strong Customer Service Orientation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven capacity to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance.
- Passionate about working for Nestlé and sharing its purpose.
