**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the Engagement Manager in strategic marketing efforts for key projects and business unit initiatives, such as product launches, financial education, and legislative updates.
- Implement planned initiatives within budget constraints, coordinating activities according to set calendars.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify communication and customer journey improvements, aiding in solution development and implementation.
- Assist in crafting marketing briefs and project plans to enhance awareness, retention, growth, and advocacy across various mediums.
- Manage marketing functions, including collateral identification, copywriting, creative concept assessment, and implementation.
- Coordinate with internal and external creative teams, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and corporate identity guidelines.
- Facilitate approval processes, ensuring compliance and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Analyse campaign results to assess success against objectives and recommend refinements for future executions.

**About you**:

- Proven campaign management experience across a range of marketing channels, delivering projects on budget and on time
- Keen attention to detail and outstanding organisational and planning skills. Specifically, a demonstrated ability to execute on the marketing plan adhering to tight deadlines, where necessary
- A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to report on marketing activity outcomes and provide recommendations for future enhancements
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the superannuation sector, particularly the structure and philosophy of industry funds preferred or hands-on financial services industry experience
