Engagement Marketing Specialist

**Your New Role**

**Key Responsibilities Include**

Campaign & Communications Implementation
- Creating and implementing communication strategies for financial products such as superannuation, insurance, and managed funds
- Coordinating communication across various channels and managing the delivery of assets and reports
- Obtaining approvals and feedback from stakeholders, analysing audience data to identify trends, and ensuring the accuracy of product information on external review platforms

Stakeholder Management
- Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing the Customer team's strategy for product and regulatory communications
- Working closely with the Product team to grasp upcoming communication needs and effectively communicate communication plans

Compliance
- Adhering to internal risk and compliance approval processes
- Ensuring Data Privacy and PII guidelines are adhered to, as relates to our customer's data
- Working with sensitive information and working to processes in a regulated environment

**Key Competencies / Qualifications Required**
- Relevant Degree in Marketing and/or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing environment
- Ability to translate technical or regulatory information into engaging content
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Possess a proactive and curious mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web content management systems
