**SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIESE**
- Manage onboarding and offboarding process
- Greet visitors & accept deliveries
- Design & create company events / celebrations if required
- Assist with recruitment and interview process if required
- Create and monitor office policies
- Arrange maintenance of printers and work mobile phones
- Manage the communal faculties such as kitchen and meeting rooms
- Ensure office is a tidy & pleasant workplace
- Organise IT maintenance with IT support
- Assist with accounting work if required
- Assist with business development research if required

**PRE-REQUISITES**
- Previous office manager role or similar (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Amazing stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to prioritise and delegate tasks
- Strong administration, time management, planning skills and prioritisation skills
- PR or Australian Citizen
