Salisbury College Australia (SCA) is a vocational college in the heart of Burwood, consisting of state-of-the-art facilities for our students and employees. We deliver English courses and Vocational courses for international students.

Currently we are looking for a **Student Support Officer** who is passionate about the student experience and is always on the look-out for how things can be done better. Someone who enjoys to interact with students face-to-face, understands their needs and expectations, and walks the extra mile to support our students will be a great fit for this role.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Assisting in Orientation Day activities and managing the student enrolment process
- Processing special consideration, withdrawals, deferrals and student progression and correspond with the related departments
- Maintaining accurate student records ensuring a high level of confidentiality
- Assist with preparation for and at events such as orientation, enrolment and social events
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of student systems and internal processes
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Campus Manager

To be successful in this role, you are required to have:

- Strong written, listening, speaking and reading skills in English and another languages
- Great skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated prior experience in timetable scheduling within a student management system
- Experience with Wisenet is highly preferable
- Experience working in a CRICOS RTO student services environment
- Good understanding of ESOS legislation and ASQA Standards

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
