Quest Burwood East, a modern 91-apartment property located in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, opened in May 2019 and is seeking an enthusiastic **Front Office Manager** to join its team on a full-time basis.

**Pay: $75,000.00 per year**

**About the Role**:
As the Front Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring the highest standards of guest service are maintained. You’ll lead a dynamic team, support their development, and work closely with the Franchise Manager to optimize the profitability and efficiency of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the Front Office team, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee all reception tasks, including guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and handling inquiries.
- Manage guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any issues or complaints with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
- Develop rosters and manage labor costs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is well-maintained and meets guest expectations.
- Implement and maintain the Quest franchise system and the Quest Way, ensuring compliance with all operational procedures.
- Actively manage hotel inventory, optimize occupancy rates, and support business development efforts.
- Train and mentor Front Office staff to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within an accommodation or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with hotel management systems (RMS knowledge is a plus).
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset, always striving to improve operations and enhance the guest experience.
**Experience**:
- Front Office Management: 3 years (preferred)
**Licence/Certification**:
- Driver Licence (preferred)
**Work Authorisation**:
- Australia (required)
