Logistics Coordinator - Western Sydney - $35 p/h + Super - Immediate Start - 6 Month Contract

Your new company is a Global Grocery Chain. They have an opportunity available for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with the opportunity to turn permanent.

**Your new role**
***
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising between head office and the distribution centre to ensure all requests are prioritised and followed through. Your duties will include:

- Supporting the team in planning, preparing, and processing freight activities.
- Analyse data to assist with managing offsite capacity and Australian import.
- Provide timely and accurate information related to the status of freight movement.
- Freight invoicing investigation & reconciliation.

**What you'll need to succeed**

***
As a successful Logistics Coordinator, you will have previous experience in a similar role. You will have a strong passion for analytics and ability to work collaboratively with peers, as well as the following:

- Demonstrated experience within Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Transport.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with domestic freight, with a strong understanding of road and rail transport.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage workflow according to priorities.
