Join a manufacturing business in Western Sydney as their logistics coordinator in a permanent role with the opportunity for an immediate start.

**Your new role**

In your new role as logistics coordinator, you’ll ensure timely delivery of shipments to meet customer requirements while supporting a culture of continuous improvement within operations. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating ingoing and outgoing domestic shipments in line with company procedures while supporting in the international logistics function.
- Managing relationships with 3rd party transport providers, ensuring ETA visibility to answer customer queries, and handling the invoicing for external providers.
- Liaising with key internal stakeholders across the wider operations team, communicating logistics schedules to the necessary parties and supporting wider financial activities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated understanding of logistics, warehousing, and inventory.
- Good systems skills with a demonstrated understanding of ERP systems coupled with strong MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills paired with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
