Due to increase in requirements an opportunity has now arisen for
**Logistics Supply Administrator** to be responsible for the orgnanisation & provision of general administration duties associated with the running of logistics.

**About the Opportunity**

Key responsibilities include the following:

- Receipt direct & indirect materials within the inventory management system.
- Ensure Purchase Order non conformances are documented in SAP.
- Manage time slots for raw materials of selected vendors within agreed metrics & update information relating deliveries within system.
- Assist with coordination and management of inventory transfers between 3PL warehouses.
- Assist with data collection and reporting of Logistic KPI’s.
- Manage material issues, allocate timeslots & orders to operators.
- Effectively liaise with different stakeholders such as warehouse, procurement & suppliers.
- Tertiary qualifications highly desirable although not essential.
- Experience in logistics and warehousing would be ideal.
- Strong organization skills, ability to multi task & good attention to detail.
- Displays a ‘can do’ attitude, willing to learn and take on new tasks as required.
- Sound MS Office Skills with SAP experience.
