**The Opportunity**

Key responsibilities relating to this role include:

- Setting and managing the quality agenda by driving the quality management process for the group.
- Continuously improving the quality management processes with the view towards strategic objectives.
- Driving the generation of insights from the QA process and lead quality calibration activity.
- Facilitating process and technical training initiatives.
- Improving quality through gained insights from the Quality framework, Quality Assurance audits and Reporting.
- Tracking quality performance of staff to identify quality issues and their root causes to improve performance.
- Ensuring timely feedback to the service providers on quality, process changes, updates and compliance.
- Qualifying quality and compliance Testing & Assurance.

**To Be Successful**
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Evidence of working in a customer-focused environment where the emphasis is on customer service and continuous improvement.
- A track record of delivering process improvement.
- Sound generalist HR experience.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a timely and efficient manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in influencing and coaching a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to HR systems such as SuccessFactors and Service Now.
