**About the Role**

The Charter and Special Events Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end event management process, from the conversion of an event or charter to its successful execution. This includes managing customer enquiries, coordinating bookings, and liaising with contractors and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of a diverse range of events, including corporate events, weddings, and private charters.

- ** Customer Enquiries**: Handle and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information and excellent service.
- ** Booking Management**: Coordinate and manage charter bookings, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- ** Stakeholder Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact between internal departments, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless event execution.
- ** Compliance & Standards**: Ensure all events adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
- ** Logistics Coordination**: Organise and oversee logístical arrangements, including transport, catering, and venue setup, to ensure a high-quality event experience.
- ** Sales Support**: Work closely with the sales team to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and maximise revenue opportunities.
- ** Issue Resolution**: Proactively identify and address potential issues or last-minute changes, ensuring mínimal disruption to event execution, in conjunction with CSEM.
- ** Financial Oversight**: Assist in budget management, cost control, and invoicing processes to maintain financial efficiency.
- ** Performance Review & Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of bookings, feedback, and event performance to support continuous improvement and business growth
- ** Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with various clients and partners.

You are a passionate and driven individual with a knack for sales and event coordination, who thrives in dynamic environments. Your excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships and manage multiple tasks effectively. With a proven track record in sales and event coordination, you are proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to creating memorable experiences for clients.
