We're seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive our sales, marketing, and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in IT sales and marketing who is eager to learn, grow, and work with global technology partners.


The Role

As a Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator, you'll support ACA Pacific's sales, marketing, and partner engagement activities across Australia and New Zealand.

You will be involved in content creation, website updates, social media, events, partner communications, sales support, assisting with customer and partner interactions, helping present our vendor solutions, and contributing to the growth of our partner network.

This is an excellent first step for an early-career professional looking to develop a long-term career in IT sales and marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with partner and end-customer sales activities.
  • Assist with partner sales reviews and follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to lead generation and business development initiatives.
  • Help present ACA Pacific's vendor solutions and demonstrate key software products.
  • Provide first-line sales support for new opportunities.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer documentation.
  • Update and maintain CRM records with all sales and marketing activities.
  • Assist in producing marketing materials and content, including brochures, email campaigns, blogs, and press releases.
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for online and offline channels.
  • Manage updates to the company website, social media platforms, and partner portals.
  • Support marketing campaigns, partner events, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and technical services.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in learning about IT software solutions, particularly in cybersecurity, cloud, and data storage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and organisational skills.
  • Confident and professional manner – comfortable liaising with clients and partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe tools, Photoshop, illustrator etc
  • Creative mindset with an eye for branding and digital presentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field experience.
  • Some experience in sales and marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
