Front Office Coordinator

With over 30 years experience and Accent Dental Care are leaders in dental.
We offer general dental hygiene, cosmetic dentistry, whitening, implants, Invisalign, facial aesthetics and injectables.
We aim to provide the highest quality dental and overall care to all our patients

Our front office coordinators are the face and voice of our practice.

Core Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service and concierge duties on reception.
- Answer phone calls, manage patient appointments and inquiries.
- Productively coordinate patient appointments.
- Positive, 'can do' attitude to work and all patient-related matters
- Manage recall and reactivation of patients efficiently and productively.
- Be a team player to help convert optimal dental treatment by advising and educating patients about our services.
- Intimate knowledge of the dental industry is a bonus.
- Has experience in dental (desired).
- Strong team player capable of working with a high level of autonomy.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills in high stress situations.
- Demonstrates high levels of organisational and problem-solving skills in a timely manner.
- Is motivated to be a star performer and possesses the willingness to learn new skills to deliver a 5 star patient experience.
- Has a happy disposition and genuine eagerness to care for others.

**Salary**: $29.00 - $39.00 per hour
