Procurement & Logistics Co-ordinator - Maritime Company - Permanent Role - Work from home 2 days a week
This hugely successful maritime company is looking for a Procurement & Logistics Co-ordinator to be based in their head office in Perth.

The Procurement & Logistics Co-ordinator will manage and oversee the Procurement of goods, logistics and services in line requirements and operational needs. You will develop and effectively source strategies to achieve the best cost, delivery and quality of products within business requirements.

**Duties**:

- Review requisitions from vessels for consumables, spare parts and services
- Source Quotations from Approved vendor list
- Negotiate and influence vendors in accordance to price and key delivery dates
- Liaise with Technical Manager for technical requirements of Requisitions
- Liaise with Operations Manager for Operational requirements of Requisitions
- Obtain Approvals for Purchase orders according to Financial delegation authority limits
- Issue Purchase orders to vendors; awarding purchase order based on price, delivery and quality
- Strategically source and identify new vendors in accordance with Operational needs
- Regularly undertake performance reviews of vendors and contractors
- Oversee the Logistics of all Purchase orders; ensuring orders are received by vessels within appropriate timeframes
- Collaborate with Vessels and Operations department to determine and identify areas where goods and services can or need to be improved and/or revised
- Liaise closely with Vessels and the Operations departments to ensure Purchase orders and Work orders are closed out within delegated timeframes
- Assist Finance team with budgets and reporting and ad hoc duties along with liaising closely in general with the finance team
- Receipt all Purchase orders
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure the P2P process is followed and transactional activities run efficiently.
- Collaborate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years in similar role
- Working knowledge purchasing systems and software

This role is based in Perth CBD but offers the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week. The salary on offer is around $100k including super + phone + laptop.
