**Your new company**

Your new company is a leader within scientific equipment engineering and have a unique opportunity available for a Service Co-Ordination Administrator. You will be joining a tight-knit team of people in a small central Perth office servicing Western Australia.

**Your new role**

Your new role as Services Co-Ordinator in Administration will have you responsible for:

- Scheduling and routeing engineers for repairs and maintenance
- General reception including answering phone calls and greeting clients
- Office maintenance and management e.g invoice processing and receiving deliveries, office cleanliness
- Booking jobs for service engineers
- Occasional assistance with picking and packing orders

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Strong background in scheduling
- CRM experience
- A strong understanding of geography within WA
- Highly detail oriented
- Strong organisational skills
- Background in an office setting
