**About the Company**
A large scale family owned and operated company that has been operating for over 70 years with many arms of their business is looking to expand their Accounts, Payroll and Admin team in Ipswich.
**About the role will include**
Diverse role across bookkeeping and admin your responsibilities will include:
- Weekly payroll runs (Monday/Thursday/Friday) for 9 companies
- Set up of new Employees
- Updating of Employee records when required
- Termination of Employees
- Managing Workcover Claims when required for all companies
- Yearly preparation of Workcover declaration and reporting for all companies
- Monthly Superannuation processing and payment for all companies
- Researching Awards at financial year end and upon management requests when required
- Addressing Management and Staff payroll queries when required
- Filling of all payroll related paperwork for all companies
**Requirements for this role**
- At least 3 years of bookkeeping/office admin experience
- Be well organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be proficient with general computing tasks
- Have intermediate skills with the MS Office suite (_particularly Excel_)
- Book-keeping experience in either MYOB (_or similar_)
- Full working rights to work in Australia
