**About the role**

Council is embarking on an exciting transformation project for our People and Culture technology platforms. The Systems Support Officer will provide business as usual technical support for our current Kronos, SAP Payroll, and SAP SuccessFactors systems.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Support Kronos, SAP Payroll, and SAP SuccessFactors systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Maintain system security and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery
- Contribute to high-quality reporting

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in human resource management, payroll, or project management
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting Kronos, SAP Payroll, and SAP SuccessFactors systems

**About the Benefits**

This is a full time, fixed term position, with an initial engagement period of 18 months. The position is at our Officers Agreement Level 5, with a starting salary of $97,827 per annum plus superannuation of 12.5% and 17.5% annual leave loading.
