**The Opportunity**

As a member of Real Estate & Workplace team overseeing corporate office space, this position will be based in Sydney and part of team responsible for day-to-day operations of Nutanix offices across ANZ. If you are enthusiastic about hospitality, wanting to help develop a nurturing, positive workplace environment then this role is for you.

**Your role**
- Tracking Tenant Landlord obligation cultivates key relationships with Landlords, Property Management, third-party service providers and vendors
- Oversee vendor performance to assure full compliance with standards established
- Manage keys areas of operations which include soft services, space management, café services, providing employee related welfare services and logistics support
- Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with vendors and Internal customers (Nutanix employees)
- Manage office events, be pro-active on engagement and drive employee satisfaction
- Pre plan staff welfare and F&B programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as HR, IT, Security, Safety/Emergency preparedness.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance systems and processes are implemented
- Assists with reports and operations
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance program. Proactively monitor critical site infrastructure
- Arrange shipping and receiving services
- Monitor landscaping and pest control services
- Office supplies and Inventory management
- Process Purchase orders and AP submissions

**What you will bring**:

- University/Graduate degree, with minimum of 6 + years.
- Professional experience required - a significant portion of which should demonstrate success in facilities management / operations in a multinational corporation or firms managing offices.
- Good communication & not being afraid to dive into details, implementing and managing several scalable programs across ANZ sites.
- Experience with MS enterprise platforms.
- Accreditations from Cornet Global/IFMA is a plus.
