As we expand into our new space in Marrickville, we're seeking a Workplace Coordinator to create a welcoming, well-organised environment for our growing team. This role is central to building a positive employee experience : ensuring the workplace feels inviting, runs smoothly, and supports the wellbeing and productivity of everyone who walks through our doors.

Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, proactive, and attentive Workplace Coordinator to take ownership of our office environment and team experience. This role is about more than keeping things organised: it's about caring for the space, preempting team needs, and ensuring the office reflects our values as we grow. From making new employees and visitors feel welcome, to keeping meeting rooms and shared spaces ready, you'll be at the heart of Hullbot's day-to-day experience.

Key Responsibilities
Workplace Environment & Employee Experience

  • Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming office environment at all times.
  • Anticipate and support team needs with desk setups, seating, and shared spaces.
  • Create a positive first impression for new employees, partners, and visitors.
  • Foster a friendly and supportive atmosphere that enhances daily employee experience.
  • Coordinate small touches that improve wellbeing (refreshments, plants, comfort items, etc.).

Office Operations

  • Oversee the setup, cleanliness, and readiness of meeting rooms and common areas.
  • Manage office supplies, furniture, and equipment to ensure availability and functionality.
  • Liaise with cleaning, maintenance, and other facilities providers in coordination with the other members of the Shared Service team.
  • Support logistics for team gatherings, workshops, and in-office events.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the office space to enhance comfort and efficiency.
  • Office based role (Monday to Friday)

About You

  • Previous experience in office coordination, hospitality, or workplace management.
  • Warm and approachable, with a natural ability to make people feel welcome.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive in anticipating needs.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace.
  • A caring, service-minded approach to supporting others.
