**Job Description Summary**

We are seeking a Part-Time Workplace Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Parramatta office. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences by providing high-level service to employees, visitors, and guests. You’ll help ensure seamless workplace operations while aligning with Cushman & Wakefield’s cultural pillars: inclusivity, trust-building, communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution.

**This is a part-time role requiring approximately 15 hours per week.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer Experience**: Provide exceptional service by anticipating needs and delivering seamless, effective interactions.
- ** Visitor Management**: Manage guest and VIP arrivals, ensuring an outstanding experience from start to finish.
- ** Mail and Locker Management**: Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, handle locker allocations, and ensure effective storage management.
- ** Meeting Room/Event Management**: Book and manage client meeting rooms, including setup, catering coordination, and AV support.
- ** Workplace Operations**: Perform regular floor checks, manage WHS risks, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
- ** Other Duties**: Continuously improve processes, manage car parking requests, and support onboarding processes for new starters.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong background in customer service, reception, or hospitality
- Professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task and approach problem-solving with a practical mindset
- Experience in supervising teams is a plus
- Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred), or similar qualifications
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively
