Seeking a friendly and experienced administrator who has worked across the financial services sector.
**Your new company**
A leading financial advisory firm based near Perth CBD, is seeking an experienced administrator to manage front desk duties and assist with back of house administration tasks when required. This organisation hopes to have you commence in early December, working on a full-time, permanent basis.
**Your new role**
As an experienced administrator you will be required for managing front-desk duties, acting as a professional first point of contact for the business. In addition, you will be involved in;
- Coordination of appointments and meeting room bookings on behalf of colleagues
- Preparing and collecting mail, and booking couriers
- Ordering and monitoring office stationery and kitchen supplies
- Overseeing general adhoc administration tasks as required to support a team
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this position, you will clearly demonstrate an extensive background in reception/administration support. Ideally you will also have previously worked across the financial services sector, in addition to displaying:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
**What you'll get in return**
