Seeking an office administrator to work for a well-known, not-for-profit organisation in Perth CBD
**Your new company**
Established for over 15 years, this company is a based for purpose organisation, focused on creating a thriving environment for businesses and communities across WA. With a large and diverse member base, this organisation partners with major organisations to make a positive impact on Perth's future. This is an exciting full-time role for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door, and establish an administration career. This role is being offered on an appealing salary, working in a modern office in Perth CBD.
**Your new role**
As the office administrator you will be responsible for;
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Unpacking the dishwasher daily and maintaining office kitchen supplies
- Collecting and preparing daily mail and couriers
- Preparing meeting rooms and catering orders
- Completing office admin tasks as requested by staff
- General scanning, filing and data entry duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you will display;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with stakeholders of all levels of business
- Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills
- Competent IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suites a must, MYOB experience would be an advantage however not essential
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
