About the Role

Roadsafe is a division of our Specialist Wholesalers division boasting a national distribution network in the auto aftermarket. They are the leading aftermarket supply specialist in under car parts, with a specialist 4WD division. Roadsafe currently have an exciting opportunity in their sales team for a Territory Manager, Victoria with key responsibilities including:

- Develop and maintain regular customer call cycles, identifying and steering opportunities for business improvement and growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across metro and regional Victoria.
- Plan and implement sales and marketing programs as released for new or upgraded products.
- Provide feedback to Management, Product and Marketing teams on success of programs and future opportunities for business improvement
- Develop long-term relationships with existing and future customers to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organization.
- Ensure customers are provided with up-to-date product information and training.
- Liaise with customers on Credit and Warranty policies.
- Develop and maintain customer database profile and customer contacts.
- Maintain weekly reporting on activities, sales results and opportunities.

About You?
- You will have a proven professional sales experience in the automotive parts sector, identifying opportunities and a record of building new business in sales team environment.
- Sound product and industry knowledge with the ability to deal with clients and at all levels and translate needs into a complete solution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish and maintain long term business relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- You will have a structured approach with the confidence and consistently drive for results, make new connections in line with planning and new business programs.
