About the Role
The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing organisational change management and communications strategies and plans that maximize employee and customer adoption and usage and minimize resistance. This person will enjoy working on complex problems whilst being able to suggest simple solutions focused on changes to business processes, systems and technology.
**Key Duties include but are not limited to**:
Identify and engage with project stakeholders to assess the business impacts of the change in the areas of technology, organisational and processes.
Key member of any integrations between the business and its customers, ensuring the customers experience is smooth and frictionless.
Create change management strategies to achieve the organizational goals; develop and implement plans to manage change.
Engage and coach staff, key stakeholders including senior leaders to develop a change adoption plan and change management mindset and maturity.
Monitor and assess the impact of change on team members.
Communicate change management plans to all members of the team and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in.
Develop training content and programs to help team members and customers understand and adapt to change.
About you
Formal qualifications in respective area and/or previous experience as Change & Integration Manager with background in organisational change and extensive project management, preferably prior experience working with new technology delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to support the change across the business, balancing quick execution with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
High level organisational skills, attention to detail and able to prioritise and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working closely with business stakeholders at all levels and able to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
