Position Summary
Provide high-level support to GM and ANZ team for general administrative needs and coordinate Sales and Marketing activities and events.

Major Responsibilities

**General**:
Provide assistance to the GM
Key administration activities such as preparing monthly reports, organising meetings, visitor schedules, travel & accommodation for larger group activities
General administrative support to Management Team (organise meetings, international travel bookings)
Coordinate meeting action lists, minutes, and follow-ups.
Coordinate site communications, including scheduling Town-Hall meetings and preparing packs, awards, etc.
Work with Business Unit (BU) administrative staff for general office administration matters across LBS (office moves, equipment repairs and renewals, conference rooms, stationery, mail)
Creation of purchasing requirements for the ANZ Organisation via iBuy
Organise and coordinate (attendees, facilities, equipment and collateral) for Sales, FSE and Applications training
Maintain Associate SPOT award register

**Marketing**:
Support Marketing Manager for Artwork for State Histology Society Newsletters (every 2 months)
Achieve internal approvals and update Artwork appropriately
Create Marketing collateral
Liaise with BU’s on product notifications and distribute locally
Maintain & update all new product codes in system (SAP)
Liaise and coordinate quotes for all Major Conference Societies including sponsorship, registration, promotional material, and conference packs (booths, material artwork etc.)
Maintain marketing budget documentation
Create Transformative Marketing communication with Marketing Manager on articles/offers to be sent to customers
Work closely with Marketing on implementing programs to drive business Growth and Sales execution.
Create & Implement new Transformative Marketing avenues
BAN-Ting (Qualifying) of Sales Leads
Lead Management

**Sales**:
Growth Room facilitation
Manage invitations and attendance of multiple Growth Initiatives to ensure cadence requirements are met
Blue Sheet
Facilitate and organise Blue sheet review session with Account Managers as required
Provide feedback and guidance to Account Manager on processes and Standard Work
Support Sales team by researching lead generation
Distribute online sales leads that come through Sales Force
Lead BANT-ing following Marketing programs ( as above in Marketing)
Continuously improving Lead Qualification methods
Rebate analysis for Customer Contracts, working in conjunction with Sales Enablement Manager
Conduct routine reporting to ensure visibility and accountability at front-line
Monthly Sales Reports, Product Line reports
Facilitate and Generate ANZ Commercial KPI’s
Maintain DEMO tracking for ANZ
Report DEMO utilization to APAC

**Experience/Skills**:
Outstanding planning and Organisational skills with ability to use your initiative to work to deadlines
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft, PowerPoint & Excel)
Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus
Minimum 2 years previous experience in a Marketing and or Sales Administrative position
Professional presence and demeanor, tact & discretion
High work standards with an emphasis on quality and attention to detail
Effective time management skills
Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously and within a team

**Travel**:
As required for Company and Trade Show events. Minimal Travel required.
