The Opportunity
As an Operations Coordinator at Dexus you will be responsible for two retail assets, Northbridge Plaza and Royal Randwick Shopping Centre, working closely with the centre management team and reporting to Operations Manager. This role will be responsible in supporting the Operations Manager to deliver the Business Plan objectives for the assets with focus on managing operational administration, operational safety, performance, and compliance. This role comes with a 24/7 on call responsibility for critical matters.
You will make an impact by:
- Working with operations team and contractors to ensure work requests are raised and progressed.- Manage work request accruals.- Maintain and review contractor performance.- Conduct regular building maintance and inspections.- Administration assistance with reporting on performance and sustainability ahievements.- Maintain and manage site team communication platforms.- Manage operations team financial platforms ensuring compliance.- Purchase order processing and raising work orders.- On ground operational managing.- Managing workflow across two sites.
About You- Relevant experience within shopping centre, operational or building systems role.- Experience in property management, delivery of minor operational works and operational administration.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent stakeholder management and relationships building skills.- Experience using JDE, Yardi, Word and Excel are preferred.- High level of organisation and prioritisation skills.
