All TeamKids leadership roles are assessed based on the complexity and size of the service. Final salary is confirmed during offer, aligned to our internal salary bands and the Children's Services Award.
Who is TeamKids?
TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.
Job Description
This permanent opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location:
Centrally located and close to public transport links, this is a small service with a great local community and beautiful dedicated space.
You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
BSC:7:00am-9:00am
ASC: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Admin: 3
Total: 33 hours per week

What is a Director of Service, you may ask?
As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
Involved: Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community.
Innovation: Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
Genuine: Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
Fun: Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
Remarkable: Manage service compliance and medical documentation.
The Successful Candidate:
You're a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart
Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN
