Do you have manual labour experience related to civil construction such as concrete, asphalt, drainage maintenance, road sign installation? Do you have a passion for safety and operating trucks? To ensure we continue to meet the needs of our community, we are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Road Services team. We need an experienced Plant Operator/Multi-Skilled Worker with a MR or HR driver’s licence and White Card who will safely operate plant and carry out a range of duties to achieve team objectives. Experience in asphalting, driving Flocon trucks and repairing potholes will be highly regarded.

**Things you will do**:

- Continually ensuring the safety of our community, delivering safer roads and footpaths
- Collaborate with your team to deliver achieve your goals
- Operate plant equipment to ensure work is delivered in the most effective manner
- Maintain plant to ensure it is safe prior to operating
- Undertake daily checks of plant, identifying and reporting any damage or mechanical repairs
- Deliver the needs of the community and ensure the appearance of the site and plant is always of a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and council policies is always met.
