**Your new company**

Join a leading national energy infrastructure organisation undergoing a national infrastructure uplift. This role will be an initial 12-month contract for a relocation program based in Sydney CBD.

**Your new role**

As a Project Coordinator with relocation or infrastructure uplift experience, you will support the IT Projects with project administration and coordination, planning, progress tracking, reporting, methodologies, financial tracking, issue and risk management. Some specifics include:
- Tracking project documentation, ensuring document approvals are obtained and ensuring correct versioning is maintained.- Manage the project document libraries within the Project Management tools.- Take minutes for project team meetings, steering committee meetings and other project related meetings.- Assist in the production of monthly project status reports.- Travel bookings for the project team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience working as a Project Coordinator ideally for relocation projects.
- Must be currently in Sydney and able to go on site as required in the CBD with hybrid working arrangements.
