**The Opportunity**
The Project Coordinator will work collaboratively with the PMO team and wider projects team to support and track project plans, schedules, and budgets. The role will facilitate communication and maintain project documentation, contributing directly to the successful delivery of key initiatives.

**What you will be doing**
The principal tasks of this role include but are not limited to the following:

- Coordinate project activities, including resources and information
- Project administration
- Support project managers with the development of project plans, schedules, budgets and implementation
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, agendas and reports
- Maintain and update project management tools and systems (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Excel, Microsoft Project)
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops and reviews
- Monitor and track project progress across establish timelines and milestones
- Identify, monitor and escalate potential risks and issues to the Project Manager(s)

**About you**
The role requires the following experience & qualifications:
Essential
- 2+ years as a Program Coordinator
- Program Scheduling and tracking skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Notion)
- A proactive and problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail.

Desirable
- Understanding of basic project delivery principle including agile methodologies
- Good Excel Skills
- Good MS PowerPoint Presentation
