**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic **Settlements Officer** to join our team based in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with professional services experience who’s eager to learn and grow within the mortgage broking industry.

In this role, you'll work closely with our brokers to ensure a smooth settlement process. Experience in finance is helpful but not essential, we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and assist with client enquiries
- Manage and enter new leads into the CRM
- Book appointments and support initial client onboarding
- Coordinate settlement processes and follow up with lenders and clients
- Ensure compliance and documentation is correctly completed
- Provide administrative support to the broader broking team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Professional services experience (finance, admin, customer service, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- A proactive, organised approach and positive attitude
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
