Your Role
We're looking for a Claims Settlement Consultant to join our vibrant and supportive team in one of our East-Coast IAG offices located on Country: Meanjin (Brisbane), Naarm (Melbourne CBD), or Dharug Country (Parramatta).
In this inbound call-centre role, you'll support our Settlements Business by assisting not-at-fault third parties over the phone. You'll be navigating complex conversations and overcoming challenging objections, with the goal of guiding stakeholders through the settlement process. You'll be supported by a collaborative team and a dedicated leader who will help you succeed.
This is a dynamic opportunity to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact. You'll be part of a high-energy team that values connection, respect, and innovation. This is a full-time permanent position, offering flexible working arrangements including the option to work from home and attend the office just four times a month post-training.
About You
This is a designated role for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples. It has been created as a special measure to promote equal opportunities in accordance with relevant legislation across states:
