This is a fabulous opportunity for a highly organised and enthusiastic person to join their Settlement Support Team based in modern offices located in the CBD.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager in this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for facilitating the stamping and assessment of duty payable on conveyancing transactions. This will involve collaborating with internal operations, assessing amount payable, data entry and lodgement with the QLD Revenue Office to complete stamp duty.

To be successful this role you will have prior experience in a similar position dealing with QLD Stamp Duties and Assessments. You will be highly organised & motivated with a high attention to detail, excellent communications skills, competent computer skills and have a good understanding of the legal and conveyancing industry.

The is a permanent position part time role 3 days per week (flexible days) with a salary guide of $80,000 to $90,000 + Super (full time equivilant). Hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm and this is an office based role.
