Reporting to the State Operations Manager in this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for proactively handling large volumes of conveyancing client files.  Specifically this involves:

  • Coordinating conveyancing settlements and lodgements in PEXA/Sympli
  • Attending to all post-unconditional settlement tasks including adjustment calculations, transfer preparation, stamping and cheque directions
  • Proactively following up with parties, lenders and clients where required
  • Liaising with clients to ensure a streamlined and professional service is provided at all times.

To be successful this role you will ideally (although not essentially) have prior experience utilising PEXA along with knowledge and experience in the conveyancing process.  You will be highly organised & motivated with a high attention to detail, excellent communications skills, competent computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high work volumes.

Offices are in CBD and this permanent full time position offers 2 days per week WFH. Salary guide is $75,000 + Super (negotiable) and standard hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm.
