Based at our Noble Park North head office and reporting to our Operations Manager; your main functions are to manage a portfolio of existing contract clients, handle telephone and web enquiries from potential clients, generate quotations, the allocation and rostering of suitably qualified medical personnel (including Paramedics, Registered Nurses, Doctors, Medics, Sports Trainers, Safety Officers and Lifeguards), actively seek new business opportunities and general office administration.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- **Bookings**:Accurate and timely preparation and presentation of proposal of services for all enquiries
- Documentation of client/staff requests accurately into online software systems
- **Rostering**: timely allocation and rostering of suitably qualified Medical Personnel for all booked shifts and events: with a client focus - inline with individual needs and continuity at all times
- Active participation at internal and external meetings when liaising with clients and Medics to develop and strengthen established relationships

Your Skills & Abilities:

- Attention to detail is a **must**.
- Exceptional ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Excellent phone manner with demonstrated customer/client servicing experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Capable of working within a small team environment as well as autonomously
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to work towards key targets
- Excellent working knowledge of computer software e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and Gmail

Your Experience & Qualifications:

- A first aid certificate, OHS/WHS certificate and/or an Event Management qualification is preferred
- A background in sales, rostering, scheduling, quoting, event services and/or healthcare/first aid industry experience is preferred

Commencement: when we have found the right person.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 22.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work Location: In person
