**About the role**

This role will be an integral part of the team, with a key focus on office coordination and administrative activities. Our client is looking for someone who can work autonomously and efficiently to support the daily production operations while fostering strong collaboration between the Production, Finance and Sales teams.

**Qualifications**
- Provide comprehensive support across all manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless coordination of support services.
- Lead the standardisation and optimisation of meeting processes by developing templates, maintaining centralised documentation and driving process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Facilitate project delivery and stakeholder communication by accurately recording meeting minutes, tracking action items and distributing concise summaries to both internal and external parties.
- Prepare and deliver detailed weekly production reports, providing clear insights and summaries of the previous week’s performance.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the company’s corporate sales and marketing goals and effectively communicate these across relevant teams.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all on-site staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Actively contribute to specific project-based initiatives as assigned, supporting business priorities and operational goals.
- Ensure the responsible and efficient use of all company resources.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, consistently promoting compliance and best practice.
- Carry out work in alignment with the company’s Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies and procedures, prioritising a safe and healthy workplace.
- Provide timely, accurate reporting on internal and external customer satisfaction as required.
- Perform additional ad hoc duties and tasks as requested by the General Manager.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an Operations Administration or Support role, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience within the manufacturing industry is highly regarded and will be considered an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating modern business systems and digital tools.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of process improvement principles and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems (highly desirable).
- Knowledge of basic workplace safety and compliance practices in a manufacturing setting is an advantage.
