We are a tower crane hire company located in North Sydney seeking an individual to join our small team working alongside the projects and operations manager

This position also involves overseeing all office day-to-day tasks and training alongside the operations manager to take over the role during her materniy leave.

The main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

- Assist with creation and filing of quotes, proposals, drawings, contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, reports, and any other files as required;
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients, providing full support and high levels of customer service.
- Coordination of administrative and contractual arrangements for the business.
- Monitoring and management of corresponding invoices, labour requirements, health and safety requirements and project deadlines to ensure contract compliance.
- Management of all contractual documentation and databases.
- Maintaining comprehensive records and implementing procedures for contract administration.
- Supporting project manager and operations manager.
- Receiving, scanning and filing documents
- Telephone duties including redirecting calls and logging reports
- Maintaining and updating schedules, reports, and registers.
- Providing administrate support to the team.
- Organising meetings and coordinating any bookings.
- Work autonomously whilst supporting the business.

To be successful in this role, the following skills and experience are required:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in either construction management and/or business administration preferable OR
- Previous experience or desire to work in the building/construction industry and dealing with commercial clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and show initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and time management skills
- Ability to meet project deadlines in accordance with budget demands
- Strong customer service and communications skills in both written and verbal communications
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Management and leadership skills
- Teamwork and cooperation
- Problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with standard computer software programs

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
