**The Role**

This pivotal role is part of the P&C Systems team and contributes to the delivery of the overall People and Culture team purpose: to provide our Krispy Kremers with a Wonderfully Original employee experience.

Every day at Krispy Kreme presents different challenges and while you will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet them all, there are some tasks that will form the backbone of your work as a P&C Systems & Payroll Advisor
- Processing end to end weekly payroll and providing support for monthly payroll (circa 50% of the role is dedicated to this deliverable)
- Being a superuser in the P&C systems and playing a key role in the rollout of new Payroll and Workforce Management systems
- Running and managing ‘End of Month’ processes including reporting, payroll tax and super lodgment
- Proactively identifying and developing process and training solutions on people systems, our NEA and relevant legislative changes (e.g. annualized salaries, casual conversion) in partnership with the P&C Managers
- Working on continuous improvement Projects in the areas of systems and processes
- Leveraging your payroll and systems expertise to provide insights and become a valued advisor to your stakeholders

- Ability to interpret and understand Awards, Enterprise Agreements and current statutory legislation
- Strong attention to detail with a sound numerical literacy and confident in excel knowledge

- A genuine enthusiasm for systems, processes, and continuous improvement

- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion, and prioritize to meet deadlines
