**The Opportunity**:
With positive growth across our finance team, we are now looking to welcome an experienced
**Finance Analyst** This role will see you work closely with our Senior Finance Analyst to make informed business decisions and provide financial advice to our Executive Management team This is a permanent role based in our
**Buderim** office, with flexibility to be full-time or 4 days a week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data analysis of overseas and Australian results
- Working with and addressing advisors and auditors requests
- Value add reporting for General Managers & CFO and Finance team
- Assisting project teams with project Budgets and cost plans and Quarterly Group Forecasting
- Working with compliance accountants regarding queries & errors
- Continuous critiquing, analysis and streamlining of all associated work

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business majoring in Finance, Accounting or Economics (or equivalent)
- CFA qualification is highly regarded, but not essential
- Understanding of accounting data interactions (cashflows, P&Ls, Balance Sheets, General ledgers, etc.) ESSENTIAL
- Ability to move around big excel data files (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, filters, sumif's, etc.)
- Understanding of how a project based business in the Construction Industry operates would be an advantage but is not essential
- Extensive experience in excel to an advanced level (Macros/SQL are not required)
