**Who We Are Looking For**:
The Financial Planning Analyst’s role is to support the Financial Accounting Manager (FAM), finance team and business in the timely and accurate reporting and analysis of monthly accounts, budgets and forecasts.

**What You Will Do**:

- Provide assistance through the completion of regular corporate reporting requirements, which include ANZ and FE pricing report, Crop Cycle Dashboard report ANZ and FE, ANZ transactional FX report, Sales Reconciliation Report ANZ and FE, IFO Roll-Forward reports for ANZ and FE, OPEX Reconciliation reports for ANZ and FE, Incentive Reconciliation reports for ANZ and FE, Financial latest look forecast reports for ANZ and FE
- Work with payroll to support the production of the Headcount report
- Compiling the STP scorecard
- To assist with ad hoc dealer financial analysis
- Prepare APA dashboard reports
- Assist with ad hoc FP&A related queries and scorecard scenario simulations
- Assist with quarterly and regular forecast updates
- Prepare Qlik View budget and forecast upload file
- Assist with preparation of Budget sales and margin and perform analysis
- Assist with the compilation of OPEX Budget
- Assist with Balance Sheet Budget
- Prepare finance inputs to the Budget and Forecast presentation pack
- Prepare M3 BUD upload file
- To perform detailed see through profit analysis for actuals by series by market for ANZ and FE
- Product pricing and discounting analysis, and variance analysis (vs Budget and FC)
- To assist with month end closing in understanding variance in STP and local COS
- To assist with FAM on One Stream mapping table maintenance and improvement
- Assist FAM to conduct detailed OPEX review and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly SOP report (volume) with updated Opening Balance, Purchases, Sales and Closing balance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Conduct all activities in accordance with Corporate and local policies
- Review and update procedures

**What You Will Bring**:

- Tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting
- Experience in financial planning and analysis
- Experience in a large complex organisation
- Advance Microsoft Excel and database skills
- Demonstrated ability to work across various functions in the business and manage stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**A Plus If You Have**:

- Specific Training or Certification - CPA/CA (or studying towards)
- Medium (developing) problem solving - Requires good understanding of accounting with the analytical skills to work through results and provide feedback on variances. Ability to source information from ERP/databases as well as seek information through liaising with key contacts from across the global company and third parties. The ability to prioritise work activities within a tight reporting timetable.
