**About the role**

Come join Youi as a Financial Systems and Reporting Analyst, where you'll lead the way in coordinating and offering expertise to deliver solutions that shape our finance systems. This position entails collecting initial business requirements, developing, and sustaining system enhancements, and the specialist in implementing changes. Additionally, you'll be the expert in financial reporting and choose suitable tools to craft insightful reports.

This is a hybrid role situated at our HQ on the Sunshine Coast, offering flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Key priorities:

- Gather and analyse initial business requirements.
- Lead and execute impactful solutions for Youi's finance systems, prioritising and managing process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate smooth process transitions and conduct thorough functional testing.
- Manage D365 Support services effectively and strategically prioritise ticket management.
- Enhance integration reconciliation and control mechanisms, efficiently manage risk incidents, and conduct insightful Post Implementation Reviews.
- Establish and implement a robust reporting framework, providing expert troubleshooting support and delivering comprehensive reports with governance.
- Execute functional testing for reports and deliver tailored training on reporting tools to the Finance team, while developing and distributing user-friendly procedures for reporting tool adoption.

**About you**

As a Finance Systems & Reporting Analyst, you should possess:

- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or IT.
- Experience in developing financial reports using tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (3+ years is a general indicator).
- A proven history of successfully delivering finance system solutions, demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as D365 (preferred).
- Proficiency in handling large datasets and databases with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and software updates.
- A commitment to continuous learning to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
