**About the Role**

The **HR Manager** will play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, managing all aspects of HR operations, and ensuring compliance with NDIS and Fair Work standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-centric environment and enjoys building strong, supportive teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and team leaders.
- Maintain compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and Fair Work requirements.
- Manage performance reviews, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.

**About You**

You are an empathetic and professional leader who values both structure and heart. You bring strong HR expertise and a desire to make a tangible impact in the disability support sector.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR management or senior HR role.
- Knowledge of Fair Work legislation and NDIS compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).

**Desirable**:

- Experience within the community services or NDIS sector.
- Strong understanding of rostering, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
