At Made To Help Pty ltd our mission is to Empower, Support and Coordinate. Made to Help commenced in the NDIS space in 2020 and has become a leading provider of Support Coordination within the NDIS Support Coordination and Specialist Coordination space. We assist people to implement Disability Supports and achieve the best results from the NDIS plans. We are a Registered organisation that provides tailored Support Coordination which is personal, accountable and solution driven which has safety and fairness as a solid foundation to how we coordinate services for individuals on the scheme.

We are looking for two part time workers to join our existing team in Melbourne based, you will have the flexibility of choosing your hours of work and can work from home office environment.

You must be able to work autonomously and be a highly effective communicator with great organisation skills and be a team player.

Who We Are looking for.

Our NDIS participants are looking for competent, NDIS knowledgeable, and respectful Support Coordinators to support them through the NDIS system.

We need you to show evidence.
- Proven relevant qualifications in the Human Services sector, diploma, or degree/tertiary relevant qualification
- 12 months worked proven experience within the NDIS space, specific to support coordination.
- Current Driver’s License and full comprehensive vehicle.
- NDIS screening and current Police check
- Working with Children check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Infection Control completed.
- Three written References.
