**About the Role**
Make a difference to the lives of people with Autism by joining our People & Culture team as an HR Administrator. Our Administrator provides support to our HR team through a variety of activities such as recruitment, managing compliance, maintaining databases and responding to general queries. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure and experience in an HR environment, working in a knowledge-sharing and collaborative environment where your strong organisational and interpersonal skills will set you up for success.
This role is also responsible for:
- Providing advice and support to internal departments
- Maintaining relevant databases and HR Information Systems
- Assisting with employee life-cycle activities
- Assisting with process improvement tasks and projects
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised administrator with the ability to communicate with employees and managers. You will have a proactive approach, customer focused attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- Good attention to detail
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills
Experience using an HR Information System and working in a compliance focussed environment is highly desirable.
