An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Payroll & HR Officer to join the Diversey team in Sydney. If you have an Accounting background - this is for you

As an integral member of the HR Team your key objective is to prepare payroll files for both weekly, fortnightly and monthly employees nationally, ensuring that all information is accurate prior to lodging with an outsourced payroll service. You will also ensure that all records are maintained including leave entitlements, superannuation and benefits, roster changes, WorkCover, EBA and legislation changes.

The work is challenging and interesting and requires a person with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. Ideally, you have experience in a similar role and hold relevant qualifications and training. Additionally, previous knowledge of Ascender would be advantageous and experience using MICROPAY is preferred, along with exceptional administrative and organisational skills.

This appointment is pivotal to the success of the business and the wellbeing of employees. This is a 6 month contract position with the potential opening to be longer.
