We are currently seeking Human Resources Manager to join our team as we are waiting for approval on our SIL Application Form
**The Role**
As an NDIS SIL HR Manager:
- HR manager will be responsible for timely delivery of quality and safe participant's services for our SIL programme
- Identify any areas of improvement and imbed change initiatives
- HR manager will be resoposnible for evaulating employee programmes, recommending improvements to employee relations policies and making sure that all employee related policies are align with NDIS and our business goals
- HR manager will be responsible of all the recruitment process, starting with posistion descriptions, screening, interviewing, onboarding, training, and generating contracts
- Report any safety and quality incident or hazard at work
- Develops and maintain a human resources system that meets top managmenet information needs
- Develop programmes to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
- Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
- Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
**HR Manager qualifications and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related business field
- 5+ years’ experience in a human resources supervisory position
- Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
- Comprehensive understanding of local, state and national employment laws
- Comprehensive understanding of NDIS, and disability sector, experience in this sector or aged care sector is a bonus
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of HRSmart software preferred
**Eligibility Requirements**
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- NDIS Screening Check
- Current Police Check
- 100 ID points
- COVID-19 Vaccination
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $30.33 - $85.36 per hour
