**The Opportunity**
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, process driven, cares about the details and is passionate about providing our people with a truly great experience. This is a diverse role working as part of a small team and reporting directly to our Head of Retail

**What you can expect as a HR Specialist, with us**
- Maintain employee records and HR information systems.
- Assist with HR policy development and implementation.
- Support employee onboarding.
- Ensure that all HR-related policies and procedures comply with standard legal practices.
- Investigate and address employee complaints and concerns.
- Conduct disciplinary and grievance procedures when necessary along with exit interviews
- Employee development and improvement plans implemented.
- Provide support to managers in various HR-related topics and provide support to resolve work-related problems in the workplace
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis.
- Assist with annual salary review and bonus programs.

**Here’s what we’re looking for**:

- At least five years of experience in an HR position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
- Experience in delivering staff services and HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of current industrial and compliance legislation including General Retail Industry Award and Fair Work Act would be advantageous
