**Your Opportunity**
We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative ready to make an impact—and progress fast.
This is your opportunity to get in early with a high-growth SaaS company, build deep knowledge of the sales process, and prove yourself in a role that’s designed to be a springboard into Account Executive. You’ll work closely with our Head of Growth, AE, and Founder—getting the kind of mentorship that sets you up for a strong career in tech sales.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Book Discovery Calls**: Engage prospects to understand their pain points and tee up valuable Discovery calls for our AE.
- **Own Your CRM Game**: Accurately track and manage your pipeline in HubSpot—no guessing, no gaps.
- **Collaborate to Win**: Partner with our AE to turn qualified leads into long-term clients.
- **Uphold Quality Standards**: Represent Neo professionally, with thoughtful, helpful, and persistent communication.
**What You’ll Bring**
- 2+ years of sales experience, including outbound calling (SaaS experience preferred).
- A track record of hitting KPIs, especially for activity and booked meetings.
- Strong communication skills—confident, personable, and adaptable in tone.
- A learning mindset—you’re curious, coachable, and always improving.
- Top-tier organisation and attention to detail, especially with pipeline management.
- Team mindset—you care about shared wins and improving how we sell.

Salary $80,000 - $90,000 + Commission + Superannuation
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
